📝 Instructions

12 steps
1

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

2

Wash the courgettes and slice them into thin rounds. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Finely chop the garlic.

3

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in an ovenproof skillet over medium heat. Add the courgette slices and sauté for 5-7 minutes, until soft and slightly golden.

4

Add the chopped garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

5

Stir in the halved cherry tomatoes and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Spread the mixture evenly across the skillet.

6

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.

7

Pour the egg mixture over the courgette and tomatoes in the skillet. Tilt the skillet gently to make sure the egg is evenly distributed.

8

Crumble the goat cheese on top of the egg mixture, followed by the fresh basil leaves torn into small pieces.

9

Cook the frittata on the stovetop over low heat for about 3-4 minutes, or until the edges begin to set.

10

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the frittata is fully set and slightly golden on top.

11

Remove the skillet from the oven and let the frittata cool for a few minutes before slicing.

12

Serve warm or at room temperature for a delightful meal.
