📝 Instructions

9 steps
1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a mini muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray or lightly grease with butter.

2

Lightly flour a clean surface and unfold the puff pastry sheets. Roll them out gently with a rolling pin to smooth out creases.

3

Cut each puff pastry sheet into 12 equal squares (for a total of 24 squares). Place one square into each cavity of the mini muffin pan, gently pressing the dough down to form a cup shape.

4

Cut the Brie cheese into 24 small, bite-sized pieces. Place one piece of Brie in each pastry cup.

5

Top each piece of Brie with about 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce.

6

Sprinkle a few chopped pecans on top of the cranberry sauce in each cup.

7

Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown and crispy.

8

Remove the bites from the oven and garnish each with a small sprig or needle of fresh rosemary for a festive touch.

9

Allow to cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a serving platter. Serve warm or at room temperature and enjoy!
