Preheat your oven to 200Β°C (400Β°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, dried chilli flakes, minced garlic, smoked paprika, ground cumin, salt, ground black pepper, parsley, and breadcrumbs. Mix thoroughly until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Crack the egg in a small bowl, lightly beat it with a fork, and add half of it to the pork mixture. Reserve the other half for brushing the pastry later. Mix the egg into the pork until well combined.

Unroll the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface. Cut the sheet lengthwise into two equal strips.

Divide the pork mixture into two equal portions. Shape each portion into a long log and place it down the center of each pastry strip.
