📝 Instructions

10 steps
1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2

Peel and finely mince the garlic cloves. Chop the parsley into small pieces.

3

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, just until fragrant. Stir in the parsley and set aside.

4

Grate both the cheddar and mozzarella cheese into a mixing bowl. Combine them well. Add salt, pepper, and chili flakes (if using).

5

If you’re adding shredded chicken, mix it into the cheese blend evenly.

6

Slice the burger buns in half horizontally but don’t cut all the way through (leave them connected at one edge). Gently open the buns like a book.

7

Brush the insides of the buns generously with the garlic-butter mixture.

8

Stuff each bun with a generous amount of the cheese (and chicken) mixture. Press lightly to close the bun.

9

Place the stuffed buns onto the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and the tops of the buns are golden brown.

10

Remove from the oven and let the cheesy goodness cool slightly. Serve warm and enjoy the oozing, gooey flavor!
