Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Peel and finely mince the garlic cloves. Chop the parsley into small pieces.
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, just until fragrant. Stir in the parsley and set aside.
Grate both the cheddar and mozzarella cheese into a mixing bowl. Combine them well. Add salt, pepper, and chili flakes (if using).
If you’re adding shredded chicken, mix it into the cheese blend evenly.
