📝 Instructions

8 steps
1

Prepare a Vietnamese coffee phin filter by placing the base over a heatproof glass or coffee mug.

2

Add 2 tablespoons of Vietnamese dark roast coffee to the phin filter and gently shake to distribute evenly.

3

Screw on the press evenly but not too tightly, allowing the water to drip through the coffee grounds.

4

Pour about 0.5 ounces of hot water into the phin filter to allow the coffee grounds to bloom for about 30 seconds.

5

Slowly add the remaining 3.5 ounces of hot water to the phin filter, filling it to the top. Cover with the lid and let the coffee drip slowly into the glass. This should take about 4-5 minutes.

6

Once all the coffee has dripped through, remove the phin filter. Stir in 2 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk until fully combined.

7

Fill a tall glass with 1 cup of ice cubes. Pour the sweetened coffee over the ice.

8

Stir gently and serve immediately. Enjoy your refreshing Cafe Sua Da!
