Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and lay them flat on a clean surface to prevent sticking.
Steam the broccoli florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Chop them into small, bite-sized pieces and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, one egg, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano. Mix until well blended.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Mince the garlic cloves and sauté them in the oil until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Add the chopped broccoli to the skillet and toss to coat. Set aside.
Spread 1/2 cup of marinara sauce on the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Place a layer of lasagna noodles over the sauce, overlapping slightly. Spread a third of the ricotta mixture over the noodles, followed by a third of the broccoli mixture. Sprinkle a handful of shredded mozzarella cheese over the broccoli.
