  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup Heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 3 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (chopped)

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and paprika on both sides.

Step 2

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and sear for 5-6 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Step 3

In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium-low and melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
