📝 Instructions

10 steps
1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2

Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and black pepper.

3

In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

4

Place the chicken thighs skin-side down in the skillet and sear for 4-5 minutes until the skin is golden brown. Flip and sear the other side for 2-3 minutes, then remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

5

In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the minced garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

6

Add the Worcestershire sauce, rosemary, thyme, chicken broth, honey, and lemon juice to the skillet. Stir well to combine and bring the sauce to a simmer.

7

Return the chicken thighs to the skillet, skin-side up, and spoon some of the sauce over the top.

8

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

9

Remove the skillet from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes. Spoon more sauce over the chicken before serving.

10

Serve warm with your favorite sides, such as mashed potatoes, rice, or roasted vegetables.
