📝 Instructions

11 steps
1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2

In a large bowl, combine the coconut flour, cassava flour, nutritional yeast, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well.

3

In another bowl, whisk together the egg and coconut milk until well combined.

4

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms. If the mixture is too dry, add a little more coconut milk, a tablespoon at a time.

5

On a sheet of parchment paper, press the dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.

6

Cook the bacon slices in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then remove and let cool on a paper towel. Once cooled, crumble the bacon into small pieces.

7

Sprinkle the crumbled bacon and chives evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

8

Starting from one end, carefully roll the dough into a log, using the parchment paper to assist in rolling.

9

Slice the roll into 1-inch pieces and place them cut side down on the prepared baking sheet.

10

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

11

Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly on a wire rack. Serve warm or at room temperature.
