📝 Instructions

7 steps
1

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, cornstarch, and water. Set aside the sauce mixture for later.

2

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until they just turn pink. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

3

In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Sauté the minced garlic and ginger for 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn them.

4

Add the sliced red bell pepper and broccoli florets to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

5

Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet, and pour the sauce mixture over everything. Stir well to coat, and let it cook for an additional 2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

6

Remove from heat. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds for added flavor and presentation.

7

Serve hot over cooked jasmine rice.
