Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of the pasta water before draining the spaghetti.
While the spaghetti is cooking, heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and chopped red chili to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic.
Add the raw prawns to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque. Remove the prawns from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, pour in the reserved pasta water and the lemon juice, scraping the bottom of the pan to deglaze it. Let it simmer for 1-2 minutes.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss it in the sauce to coat evenly.
Return the prawns to the skillet and gently stir to combine. Remove the skillet from the heat.
Just before serving, add the rocket, lemon zest, and the remaining tablespoon of olive oil, tossing everything together gently.
Serve immediately with an optional sprinkle of grated Parmesan and additional black pepper, if desired.
