Lay the tortilla wraps flat on a clean surface.
Spread 2 tablespoons of basil pesto evenly over each tortilla, leaving about 1 inch of space around the edges.
Layer approximately 1/2 cup of cooked chicken breast on one half of each tortilla.
Sprinkle 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese over the chicken.
Add 1/4 cup of halved cherry tomatoes and a handful of mixed greens or baby spinach on top of the chicken and cheese.
Place 2-3 slices of avocado on top of the vegetables.
Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper to taste.
Carefully fold the edges of the tortilla inwards and then tightly roll it up into a wrap.
Slice each wrap in half diagonally for easier serving, if desired.
Serve immediately, or wrap in parchment paper or foil for a portable meal.
