📝 Instructions

10 steps
1

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).

2

Remove the membrane from the back of the pork ribs. This allows the seasoning to penetrate and ensures the ribs are tender.

3

In a small bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.

4

Pat the ribs dry with paper towels, then rub them all over with olive oil. Sprinkle the spice mix evenly on both sides of the ribs and rub it in.

5

Wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 hours, or until the ribs are tender.

6

While the ribs are baking, prepare the peach glaze. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the peach preserves, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, honey, ground ginger, and red pepper flakes. Stir well and bring to a simmer. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the glaze has thickened slightly. Remove from heat and set aside.

7

Once the ribs are done baking, carefully remove them from the foil and place them on a baking rack over the baking sheet. Increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C).

8

Brush a generous layer of the peach glaze over the ribs. Return them to the oven and bake for 15 minutes, allowing the glaze to caramelize and bubble.

9

Remove the ribs from the oven and brush on an additional layer of glaze. Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before slicing them into individual portions.

10

Serve warm with any remaining glaze on the side, and enjoy this sweet and tangy delight!
