In a saucepan, gently warm the milk until lukewarm.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and dry yeast.
Cut 100 grams of the butter into small pieces and add them to the flour mixture.
Pour the lukewarm milk into the dry ingredients and mix everything together until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth. Place the dough back into the bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rest for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Meanwhile, prepare the filling by finely chopping the walnut halves.
Mix the chopped walnuts with 60 grams of sugar and 30 grams of honey until well combined. Set aside.
Once the dough has doubled, punch it down and divide it into two equal parts.
Roll each piece of dough into a rectangle, about 3mm thick.
