Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Slice the zucchini, dice the red bell pepper, and thinly slice the red onion. Set all vegetables aside.
Lay out 4 sheets of aluminum foil on a clean work surface.
Place a chicken breast in the center of each piece of foil.
