📝 Instructions

9 steps
1

Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and place a rack in the lower third of your oven.

2

Place the fully cooked bone-in ham in a large roasting pan, flat side down. Use a sharp knife to score the surface of the ham in a criss-cross pattern, making shallow cuts about 1/4 inch deep.

3

In a medium saucepan, combine pineapple juice, honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, ground cinnamon, and ground cloves. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is smooth and the sugar has fully dissolved. Remove from heat and set aside.

4

Brush a generous layer of the glaze all over the ham. Reserve some glaze for basting later.

5

Secure a pineapple ring and a maraschino cherry to the surface of the ham using a toothpick. Repeat until the ham is decorated with all the pineapple slices and cherries.

6

Cover the ham loosely with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.

7

After 1 hour, remove the foil and baste the ham with more glaze. Return the ham to the oven, uncovered, and continue baking for an additional 1 hour, basting every 20 minutes with the glaze.

8

Once the internal temperature of the ham reaches 140°F (60°C) and the glaze is caramelized, remove the ham from the oven.

9

Let the ham rest for 15 minutes before slicing. Serve warm with any remaining glaze drizzled on top.
