Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
Remove any packaging or netting from the fully cooked bone-in ham and pat it dry with paper towels.
Place the ham cut side down in a large roasting pan and score the surface of the ham with a sharp knife in a diamond pattern.
Stud the ham with whole cloves, inserting a clove into the center of each diamond-shaped cut in the surface of the ham.
In a medium saucepan, combine the brown sugar, pineapple juice, honey, and Dijon mustard. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring frequently, until the sugar is fully dissolved and the mixture is well combined.
Brush the glaze generously all over the ham, ensuring it gets into the scored cuts.
Arrange the pineapple rings over the surface of the ham, securing each one with a toothpick. Place a maraschino cherry in the center of each pineapple ring, also securing it with a toothpick.
Cover the ham loosely with aluminum foil and place it in the oven.
Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes, basting the ham with the glaze every 20 minutes.
Remove the foil during the last 30 minutes of baking to allow the glaze to caramelize and the ham to brown slightly.
Check the internal temperature of the ham with a meat thermometer; it should reach at least 140°F (60°C).
Remove the ham from the oven and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before carving. Serve warm.
