In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, instant yeast, granulated sugar, and salt.
Gradually pour in the warm water and olive oil. Mix until a sticky dough forms.
Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for about 8-10 minutes, or until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp towel, and let it rise for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out into a rectangle approximately 30 cm x 40 cm.
Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
