📝 Instructions

9 steps
1

Step 1: Prepare the ice molds. Select two sets of bowls: one larger and one smaller for each ice bowl. The smaller bowl should fit snugly inside the larger one, leaving enough space between the two to form a wall of ice.

2

Step 2: Fill each of the larger bowls with about 1/4 of the water. Carefully arrange the edible flowers and, if desired, a few mint leaves in the water, pressing them against the sides of the larger bowl to secure them. This will create the decorative exterior of your ice bowl.

3

Step 3: Place the smaller bowl inside the larger one, ensuring it is centered. Weight the smaller bowl down with a small item like a clean rock or a small bag of dry beans to keep it in place.

4

Step 4: Slowly pour water into the space between the bowls, filling it to the top. Be careful not to fill too quickly to avoid displacing the flowers.

5

Step 5: Transfer the entire setup into the freezer and freeze for at least 6–8 hours or overnight, until solid.

6

Step 6: Once frozen, remove the bowls from the freezer. Run warm water along the outside of the larger bowl and the inside of the smaller bowl to loosen them. Carefully separate the bowls to reveal the frozen flower bowl.

7

Step 7: Repeat the above steps for all desired ice bowls.

8

Step 8: When ready to serve, fill each frozen bowl with an assortment of mixed fresh fruits. Drizzle with honey and a squeeze of lemon juice, if desired, for added flavor.

9

Step 9: Serve immediately on a chilled plate or shallow dish to catch any melting, and enjoy!
