  • 2 pieces Green chili
  • 1 inch piece Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Black salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
  • 4 cups Cold water
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice

1. Boil the potatoes in a pot until soft, about 10 minutes. Cool, peel, and roughly mash them in a bowl.

2. Add the boiled black chickpeas to the mashed potatoes and mix together.
