Slice the Cuban bread loaf in half lengthwise to create a top and bottom half.
Spread 1 tablespoon of yellow mustard evenly over the inside of each half of the bread.
On the bottom half of the bread, layer the ingredients evenly. Start with the roast pork, followed by the ham, Swiss cheese, and dill pickle slices.
Place the top half of the bread over the layered ingredients to close the sandwich.
Heat a large skillet or panini press to medium heat. If using a skillet, place a second heavy skillet or a cast-iron pan on standby to press the sandwich.
