Preheat your oven to 200Β°C (400Β°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Rinse the oysters under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel. Set them aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, chopped chives, lemon zest, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and evenly combined.
Lightly dust a clean surface with flour and roll out one puff pastry sheet to smooth the edges. Cut the sheet into six equal squares.
Spoon about 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture onto the center of each pastry square. Place a fresh oyster on top of the cream cheese.
