Season the chicken tenders with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder on both sides.
Set up a dredging station: Place the flour in one shallow bowl, whisk the eggs in a second shallow bowl, and mix the panko breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese in a third shallow bowl.
