Ingredients

  • 4 medium yams
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
  • 3 tablespoons honey

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it to prevent sticking.

Peel the yams and cut them into 1-inch cubes. Place the cubes in a large mixing bowl.
