Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, Italian sausage, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, Parmesan cheese, and 3 tablespoons of A1 Steak Sauce.
Add the garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix well using your hands or a sturdy spoon until all ingredients are evenly incorporated (but don’t overmix).
Scoop out the meat mixture using a tablespoon or a small cookie scoop and roll it into evenly-sized meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter.
