Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the ziti pasta until al dente, according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Stir in the cherry tomatoes, crushed red pepper flakes, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, then remove from heat.
