In a medium bowl, whisk together ketchup, honey, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Set 1/3 cup of this sauce aside for glazing later.
