- 3 oz Orange-flavored gelatin
- 1 cup Boiling water
- 0.5 cup Cold water
- 0.5 cup Peach schnapps
- 0.5 cup Orange juice (without pulp)
- 0.25 cup Vodka (optional for stronger shots)
Instructions
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add 3 oz of orange-flavored gelatin powder.
Pour 1 cup of boiling water over the gelatin powder and whisk until it is completely dissolved, about 2 minutes.
Add 0.5 cup of cold water to the mixture and stir to cool it slightly.
Stir in 0.5 cup of peach schnapps and 0.5 cup of orange juice. If you'd like stronger shots, also add 0.25 cup of vodka at this stage.
Carefully pour the liquid mixture into 12 shot-sized cups or small molds. Leave a little space at the top of each container for easy handling.
Place the jello shots in the refrigerator and let them chill for at least 2–4 hours, or until fully set.
