In a large mixing bowl, combine vital wheat gluten, chickpea flour, nutritional yeast, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and ground black pepper.
In a separate bowl, mix together vegetable broth, soy sauce, maple syrup, and liquid smoke.
