In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt.
Create a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add the olive oil and warm water.
Mix the ingredients together until a dough begins to form. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 10 minutes, until it becomes smooth and elastic.
