Heat the milk until lukewarm (about 37Β°C/98Β°F). Sprinkle the yeast and sugar over the milk, stir gently, and let it sit for 10 minutes until the mixture becomes foamy.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and melted butter. Mix until a rough dough forms.
