Ingredients
- 2 packets Unflavored gelatin
- 2 cups Hot water
- 1 cup Chocolate liqueur (e.g., Godiva Chocolate Liqueur)
- 0.5 cup Vodka
- 0.5 cup Cream or half-and-half
- 10 pieces Tootsie Rolls (for garnish)
- 1 can Whipped cream (optional)
Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, sprinkle the unflavored gelatin over 1 cup of hot water. Let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
Whisk the mixture until the gelatin has completely dissolved. Add the remaining 1 cup of hot water and stir well.
Pour in the chocolate liqueur, vodka, and cream (or half-and-half). Whisk until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
Carefully pour the liquid into small shot glasses, filling them about 3/4 full.
Refrigerate the jello shots for at least 2-4 hours, or until fully set.
Before serving, garnish each shot with a small piece of Tootsie Roll on top.
For extra decadence, add a dollop of whipped cream on top of each shot.
