Made with vibrant fresh strawberries, zesty lemons, and without added sugar, this quick and easy recipe comes together in just 10 minutes. A perfect balance of fruity and tangy flavors, blended with the optional touch of stevia or monk fruit sweetener, ensures you can customize the sweetness to suit your taste. Whether you’re enjoying a sunny afternoon or hosting a summer gathering, this chilled beverage—brimming with fresh ingredients and no artificial additives—is a healthy and hydrating treat for all. Serve over ice and garnish with slices of lemon or a strawberry for a delightful presentation!
Wash the strawberries thoroughly and remove the stems. Slice them in half.
Juice the lemons until you have about 3/4 cup of fresh lemon juice. Strain the juice to remove any seeds and pulp, if desired.
In a blender, combine the strawberries and 1 cup of cold water. Blend until smooth.
Pour the strawberry puree through a fine mesh strainer over a pitcher to remove the pulp and seeds, if desired. Use a spatula to help press the liquid through.
Add the fresh lemon juice to the pitcher, followed by the remaining 4 cups of cold water.
Taste the lemonade. If additional sweetness is preferred, stir in stevia or monk fruit sweetener 1 tablespoon at a time, tasting and adjusting to your preference.
Add ice cubes to the pitcher and stir well.
Serve immediately over additional ice in individual glasses, and garnish with a fresh strawberry or lemon slice if desired.
