Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and lay them flat on a clean kitchen towel to prevent sticking.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and sauté until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, eggs, 1 cup of feta cheese, 1 cup of shredded mozzarella, and the sautéed spinach. Add the oregano, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper. Stir until evenly combined.
