Preheat your oven to 140Β°C (284Β°F).
Pat the silverside beef dry with paper towels and place on a clean surface.
In a small bowl, mix the smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, kosher salt, and black pepper.
Rub the olive oil evenly over the silverside, then sprinkle the spice mixture generously across the surface, pressing it into the meat for an even coating.
Place a large, oven-safe pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Sear the silverside for 2-3 minutes per side until browned all over.
Add 300ml of water to the pot, cover with a lid, and transfer to the preheated oven. Cook for 2.5 hours, turning the beef once halfway through cooking.
While the beef cooks, prepare the glaze. In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the honey, soy sauce, fresh lime juice, lime zest, and crushed red chili flakes. Stir well and simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and set aside.

Increase the oven temperature to 200Β°C (392Β°F) and return the pot to the oven for an additional 20-30 minutes, basting the beef with the glaze every 10 minutes until the silverside is fully cooked and caramelized.
