Sink your teeth into these irresistible Soy-Free Cheeseburger Sliders, a perfect bite-sized indulgence for any gathering or family meal. Made with seasoned ground beef patties cooked to juicy perfection and topped with melted cheddar cheese, these mini burgers deliver all the classic cheeseburger flavors without a hint of soy. Nestled in soft slider buns and layered with crisp lettuce, fresh tomato slices, zesty pickles, and a tangy mayonnaise-mustard spread, each slider is a delicious explosion of textures and tastes. With only 15 minutes of prep and a total cook time of 20 minutes, these sliders are an easy and crowd-pleasing choice for parties, barbecues, or weeknight dinners. Serve them fresh off the grill or skillet for a satisfying snack or light meal thatβs as wholesome as it is crave-worthy!
Preheat your grill or large skillet over medium-high heat.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix gently until combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
Divide the meat mixture into 12 equal portions, shaping each into small patties that are slightly larger than the slider buns, as they will shrink during cooking.
Place the patties on the preheated grill or skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on the first side, then flip each patty.
Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty after flipping. Allow the cheese to melt while the patties finish cooking, approximately another 3-4 minutes or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
While the patties are cooking, prepare the buns by splitting them and lightly toasting them, if desired.
Slice the tomato into thin slices and prepare the other toppings: separate the lettuce leaves and set out the pickle slices.
In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and mustard until combined.
To assemble the sliders, spread a thin layer of the mayonnaise-mustard mixture on both sides of each bun.
Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun, followed by a burger patty with melted cheese.
Top with a slice of tomato and a pickle slice. Finish with the top half of the bun.
Serve the sliders immediately and enjoy!
