📝 Instructions

11 steps
1

Line a 9x13-inch (23x33 cm) pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.

2

Melt 150 g of milk chocolate chips and 30 g of peanut butter together in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 15 seconds until smooth. Spread the mixture evenly over the bottom of the prepared pan and refrigerate until set.

3

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt 60 g of butter. Add the granulated sugar and evaporated milk, stirring until dissolved. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.

4

Remove from the heat and quickly stir in the marshmallow creme, 30 g of peanut butter, and the vanilla extract until smooth.

5

Spread the nougat layer evenly over the chocolate base and sprinkle with the salted peanuts. Press the peanuts gently into the nougat layer. Refrigerate for 20 minutes to set.

6

Place the caramel candies and heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until the caramel is melted and silky smooth.

7

Pour the caramel over the nougat layer and peanuts, spreading it evenly. Refrigerate again until the caramel is firm, about 30 minutes.

8

Melt the remaining 300 g of milk chocolate chips and 60 g of peanut butter together in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 15 seconds until smooth.

9

Pour the chocolate-peanut butter mixture over the caramel layer and spread it evenly to create the final chocolate topping.

10

Refrigerate the entire pan for at least 1 hour or until fully set. Once firm, lift the candy bar out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang.

11

Cut into rectangular bars of your desired size using a sharp knife. Serve and enjoy your homemade Snickers bars!
