Ingredients
- 1 ounce Dark rum
- 1 ounce Coffee liqueur (e.g., Kahlúa)
- 1 ounce Crème de cacao (white or dark)
- 0.5 ounce Amaretto
- 2 ounces Coconut cream
- 2 ounces Milk or half-and-half
- 1.5 cups Ice
- 1 tablespoon Chocolate syrup
- Whipped cream (optional)
- Shredded coconut or chocolate shavings (optional garnish)
Instructions
In a blender, combine the dark rum, coffee liqueur, crème de cacao, amaretto, coconut cream, milk or half-and-half, ice, and chocolate syrup.
Blend the ingredients on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Drizzle additional chocolate syrup on the inside of a chilled glass to create a decorative pattern, if desired.
Pour the blended Bushwacker mixture into the prepared glass.
Top with whipped cream, if desired, and garnish with shredded coconut or chocolate shavings for an extra indulgent touch.
