Heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the finely chopped onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened and translucent.
Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook, breaking it up with a wooden spoon, until browned and no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes.
Stir in the cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to evenly coat the beef with the spices.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes, then stir in the chopped fresh cilantro. Remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.
Take one spring roll wrapper and shape it into a cone, keeping the bottom tip sealed. Use the beaten egg to seal the edges of the wrapper.
