Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Slice the top off the whole garlic bulb to expose the cloves. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the exposed garlic, wrap the bulb in aluminum foil, and roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cloves are soft and golden brown.
