Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt. Whisk until the dry ingredients are evenly combined.
In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the pumpkin purée, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
