Begin by thinly slicing the chicken breasts into strips.
Cut the red, yellow, and green bell peppers into thin strips and slice the onion thinly.
In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, juice of the lime, ground cumin, chili powder, paprika, sea salt, and black pepper.
Mince the garlic and add it to the marinade. Stir to combine.
Add the sliced chicken, bell peppers, and onions to the bowl and toss to coat everything evenly with the marinade. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes.
Heat a large skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat.
Add the marinated chicken and vegetable mixture to the pan and cook for about 15-18 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
Remove mixture from heat once the chicken is no longer pink and the vegetables are softened.
Lay lettuce leaves out flat and spoon the cooked chicken and vegetable mixture evenly onto the center of each leaf.
Sprinkle fresh cilantro over the top of each wrap.
Roll the lettuce leaves tightly around the filling to form wraps.
Serve immediately and enjoy your healthy Paleo Chicken Fajita Wraps!
