📝 Instructions

9 steps
1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and milk. Let the mixture sit for 2-3 minutes until the breadcrumbs absorb the milk.

3

Add the ground pork, grated Parmesan cheese, eggs, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper to the bowl.

4

Using clean hands or a spoon, mix the ingredients until just combined. Avoid overmixing to keep the meatballs tender.

5

Scoop out about 1 1/2 tablespoons of the mixture and roll it between your palms to form a meatball. Repeat until all the mixture is used, placing the meatballs onto the prepared baking sheet.

6

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. In batches, sear the meatballs for 2-3 minutes on each side, until browned. Transfer the seared meatballs back to the baking sheet.

7

Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until they are cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 71°C (160°F).

8

Remove from the oven and let rest for a couple of minutes before serving.

9

Serve Nadine's Pork Meatballs with your favorite marinara sauce over pasta, or enjoy them as-is with a crisp green salad.
