πŸ“ Instructions

7 steps
1

Start by cutting the cantaloupe and honeydew melons in half and removing their seeds. Use a melon baller to scoop out bite-sized pieces and transfer them to a large mixing bowl. If you don't have a melon baller, you can chop the melons into small cubes.

2

Wash the peaches thoroughly. Slice each peach in half, remove the pit, and slice the fruit into thin wedges. Add the peach slices to the bowl of melons.

3

Stack the mint leaves on top of one another, roll them into a tight bundle, and thinly slice them into ribbons (a technique called chiffonade). Sprinkle the mint over the fruit.

4

In a small bowl, zest the lime and then juice it. Combine the lime juice, lime zest, honey, and salt, whisking until the honey is fully dissolved and the dressing is smooth.

5

Drizzle the lime-honey dressing over the fruit and gently toss everything together to coat evenly.

6

Transfer the salad to a serving dish or individual bowls. Optionally, garnish with additional mint leaves for presentation.

7

Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving to let the flavors meld.
