Ingredients

  • 6 pieces boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 4 cloves garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 3 tablespoons of honey, 4 minced garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, 1 teaspoon of dried thyme, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 0.5 teaspoon of black pepper.

Step 2

Add the 6 chicken thighs to the bowl and toss them in the marinade until they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for maximum flavor.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
