  • 15 ml Water (optional)

Directions

Peel and mince the garlic cloves thoroughly. For a smoother aioli, you can use a mortar and pestle to mash the garlic into a paste with a pinch of salt.

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together the minced garlic and egg yolk until well combined.
