  • 1 piece boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 piece avocado
  • 2 pieces whole wheat tortillas
  • 0.5 piece cucumber
  • 6 pieces cherry tomatoes
  • 0.25 piece red onion
  • 2 tablespoons feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing the marinade for the chicken. In a small bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Mix well.

Step 2

Place the chicken breast on a cutting board and lightly pound it to an even thickness for uniform cooking. Place it in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the chicken. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
