Ingredients

  • 1 cup Orzo pasta
  • 1 medium English cucumber

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the orzo and cook according to the package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain the orzo and rinse with cold water to cool it down. Set aside.
