In a small bowl, mix the gelatin powder with cold water and let it sit to bloom for about 5 minutes.
In a medium saucepan, combine the raspberries and 500ml of water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Once boiling, reduce the heat and simmer for about 5 minutes or until the raspberries are very soft and breaking down.
