Cut the low-fat paneer, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper into cubes and slice the onion thinly.
Heat a medium-sized non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of oil.
Once the oil is hot, add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add the sliced onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the onions and sauté till the raw smell disappears.
Add the tomato puree and tomato paste, stir well, and cook for 3-4 minutes until the mixture thickens.
Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt to the mixture. Stir well to combine.
Add the cubed bell peppers to the pan and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Gently add the low-fat paneer cubes to the pan and mix carefully to coat the paneer with the spice mixture.
Sprinkle garam masala and kasuri methi over the paneer mixture. Stir and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Check seasoning and add more salt if needed. Turn off the heat.
Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve the Low Fat Kadhai Paneer hot with roti or rice.
